At Crazy Days Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Sale or discounted items (if marked final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order print-on-demand items
